McCrone Motorsports has announced a new partnership with IPKarting, aligning the competitive karting team with the Formula K and Praga Kart chassis brands for the season ahead and beyond.
The announcement follows the appointment of KartZone, located at Lorain Ohio Kartplex, as the exclusive United States importer for Formula K and Praga Kart. The partnership gives McCrone Motorsports direct access to factory-supported equipment, replacement parts, and technical resources as the team campaigns the Italian-built chassis in regional and national competition.
McCrone Motorsports has spent the past several months testing and developing the Formula K and Praga Kart platforms, evaluating chassis performance across a range of tracks, conditions, and setups. Encouraged by the results, the team is now preparing to expand its on-track presence with the IPK brands.

As part of the partnership, McCrone Motorsports has also been named the Official Formula K USA Team. The program will serve as Formula K's premier racing effort in the United States, showcasing the chassis at some of the country's most competitive karting events.
KZ engine programs will be powered by SRP Engines, while BN Engines will supply power for the team's single-speed categories.
